Established in 2016, AGRICORE SHIPPING（HK）LIMITED, as the core business sector of AGRICORE Group, is one of the few private OP companies in China that are qualified to engage in grain transportation. Starting with grain t ransportation, the company hasexpanded its business space at home and abroad through professional, accurate, standardized and efficient operation, and its business volume has been developing by leaps and bounds year by year.

The vessel types of our fleet covers all size of Capesize, Panamax, Supramax and Handysize, and the shipping capacity is enhanced by time charter, voyage charter, and time charter on trip basis. Transportation objects range from bulk commodities such as grain, coal, ore, cement clinker, petroleum coke, and sulfur, to general cargo and projects shipment. The main routes include grain imports from North America and South America, iron ore imports from Brazil and Australia, coal and bauxite imports from Southeast Asia, covering major ports in Europe, America, Asia and Australia. The Group has established long-term and good cooperative relations with large state-owned enterprises and listed companies such as COSCO, China Merchants Bank, Shandong Shipping Corporation, Ansteel, SHOUGANG Group, Sinosteel, China Minmetals Corporation, China National Building Materials, SINOPEC, etc. It has also consolidated long-term cooperative relations with the traditional four major grain traders—ADM, BUNGE, CARGILL, LDC and COFCO, and has established a good market reputation and brand image.

At present, the Group has a leading bulk cargo management and business operation core team in the industry, with an annual freight volume of more than 13 million tons, and more than 200 voyages of chartered ships every year, mobilizing a variety of market operations, such as FFA/ crude oil futures/fuel oil hedging, to help the Group operate steadily and reduce risks.
