    AGRICORE SHIPPING (HK) LIMITED founded.

  • 2017

    Established Singapore branch, formed a top-tier commercial operation team.

  • 2018
    2018

    Focused on asset investment; acquired first vessel MV ASL VENUS.

  • 2019
    2019

    Successive acquisition of MV ASL JUPITER, MV ASL MERCURY, and MV ASL MARS; owned fleet takes shape.

  • 2020
    2020

    Became a core partner for ArcelorMittal in Asia.

  • 2021

    Annual freight volume reached 13 million tons; owned fleet grew to 10 vessels, with total capacity exceeding 1 million DWT.

  • 2022

    Introduced first Bareboat Charter (BBC); launched fleet renewal and shipping fund investment.

  • 2023

    Signed contracts for two 4th-generation eco-friendly Kamsarmaxes; acquired four Capesize vessels.

  • 2024

    Signed contracts for four 63,500 DWT Ultramax newbuilds. Controlled capacity reached 3.5 million DWT.

  • 2025

    Strengthened Capesize fleet strategy; expanded newbuilding program with two additional Ultramax orders, bringing total capacity to over 4 million DWT.
